Many farms operate on the edge, but there's only one On The Edge Farm. Located on route 12 in Woodstock, Bill and Dana Pape's On The Edge Farm offers humanely-raised grass-fed beef, pork and lamb that are hormone and antibiotic-free, as well as eggs, jams, jellies, and pies. They also prepare and ship gift baskets using local products. If you're looking for more than just bacon or a steak, you can also arrange to buy a side of beef, lamb or pork from them.

On The Edge Farm is a mainstay at the Norwich and Mt. Tom farmer's markets and the Woodstock Market on the Green, good or bad weather, sun, rain or snow. You can also buy their products at their farm stand. You can also keep up-to-date with them at their web site.
