Riverview Farm at the Norwich Farmer's Market

Nestled in Plainfield along the Upper Valley's Connecticut River, you'll find Riverview Farm playing home to a host of apple trees and pick-your-own pumpkins, raspberries and blueberries as well as a haunted corn maze.

Riverview Farm at both the Norwich and Lebanon farmer's markets. They also operate their own farmstand at the farm, and you'll definitely have to go there yourself for the corn maze. Riverview Farm also sells its own cider, homemade jams and dried flowers as well as locally produced maple syrup, honey and smoked cheese.

In the fall it's a great place to take the kids. On clear weekend afternoons you'll be able to take a hay ride around the farm and enjoy the views of the river and picking your own apples and pumpkins. The whole family can also brave Riverview Farm's haunted corn maze on Halloween.

Nancy Franklin of Riverview Farm had this to say about participating in farmer's markets:

"We've enjoyed going to the farmers' markets--it's a lot of work getting ready for market day, but always a positive experience when all is said and done. We've been at the Norwich market for several years now, and just started with the Lebanon market last year. It expands our customer base; gets us known by people who might not have had a chance to come to the farm before. It also connects us with other vendors who need our products. And it's just good to talk with other growers to see how their season has been."
