Six of us went out to dinner at this restaurant. We were seated promptly, the the torture began. Waited, 15 minutes went by, then the waitress came and took our drink order. waited, 10 minutes ice tea and soda came, not mixed drinks mind you ice tea and soda. Now the ice tea was suppose to be sweetened raspberry, they may have dragged a raspberry through it, but didn't allow it to sit in it for any period of time. Our order is taken, waiting, 10 minutes out comes my salad. waiting, even folded my arms and laid my head on the table, time for a nap....an hour goes by, out come two of our meals..waiting....5 minutes goes by out comes the other meals. I had the new chicken dish..dijon Chicken and Portobellos. Excellent chicken, cold, over cooked vegetables and a tiny bit of potatoes. My brother had the same as me, my wife had the grilled Shrimp N Spinach Salad, she said it was wicked sweet. One of our diners had the baked haddock, and said it was overcooked and rubbery, but her vegetables were good. One of our diners with the 7 oz. sirloin said it was overcooked, the last one at our table had Fish & Chips and said it was great. Now why wasn't something said to the waitress about our dissatisfaction, cause it was 15 minutes later when she came back. Took another 10 minutes to get our check, pay and get out while it was still Saturday night. I don't believe I will go here again, I agree with others, there are two many really good restaurants in the Upper Valley to go to. no

Located towards the end of the 12a West Lebanon Big Box strip stands this bastion of overly processed boring food. It is funny seeing this corporate neighborhood grill in the UV because there are so many great locally owned neighborhood restaurants that are authentic and delicious. I don't really know any real reason to go here unless it is late and you are desperate. The menu is disappointingly non-vegetarian friendly. Even the salads all contain meats of some sort and since almost everything comes pre-packed and is just heated up int he "kitchen" substitutions are difficult. So if you want medicore chain restaurant food go for it. If you want a good meal pretty much go anywhere else.

I've been here many times, mostly because it's convenient, close to where we enter West Leb. on 12A. The food is typical for a chain. I find that the waitstaff often tries to sell more food to you, so you end up saying "no thanks" a lot (kind of annoying).
