The ice cream is really good and they often have flavors that are not available in the supermarkets. For me, that's offset by the long lines most of the time, the tendency for a simple cone to approach $4, and the general state of filth, from sticky tables to overflowing trash cans. After one particularly bad trip (sic) I wrote to their customer service department and never received a response. This store used to be much better before it got bought out by a big food conglomerate. Fortunately the pints are readily available.

What's not to love about Ben & Jerry's? Great ice cream! And the local kids love it! It's just a fun, family/kid friendly place!

Reallym how can you go wrong with Ben and Jerry's? The staff is really nice. Prices are high...but portions are huge! ordered a small, but a kids size would have been more than enough
