This is one excellent place to eat. The food is exceptional, the service is friendly, although sometimes a little slow. I have never had a bad meal here, from the monthly vegetarian dinners to the Wed night "twofer" specials it is always awesome. The are so good we are having them cater our wedding.

Bistro Nouveau is a good example of how to take a good restaurant and ruin it.

Most everyone I knew, myself included, that went to their Claremont location (in the converted Pizza Hut, now Kouzoku) enjoyed it and thought they had a good concept going.

When they moved to Eastman, however, I found that the food became bland, the service slow and indifferent, and the prices a little too high.

I've been twice. I'm not going a third time.
