This is a typical Chinese buffet so don't go expecting authentic, gourmet Chinese dishes. It is Americanized Chinese fare that you can find in any city but it is good for the price. You get a good amount of decent food for a great price.

Went in last month for lunch, it was Ok, I would suspect dinner is better. They had some vegetable sushi on the buffet which had green beans inside, and I think they were of the frozen variety.

I'm not a big fan of buffets... usually the food is lower quality than what you'd get at a restaurant that makes its food to order. And it's way too easy to pig out.

That said, I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food at China Moon's buffet was. It's still way too easy to pig out, but I'd definitely go back.
