One of the few coffee shops in the Upper Valley, Dirt Cowboy Cafe is also the only one we can think of which roasts its own coffee. If you've never had freshly roasted coffee, you're in for a treat. Coffee loses much of the depth of its flavor within days of roasting, and minutes of grinding. You can not only buy a fresh cup of recently roasted coffee at Dirt Cowboy, you can take some beans home with you as well. They also offer pastries, sandwiches, and of course a full range of espresso drinks.
