03-31-12: Dusty's recently started doing dinners. You have the choice of ordering an entry and then going to the salad bar for cold salads and then going to the hot bar for soup or sides for your entry. A party of 6 of us went in on Saturday night. No one met us at the door, so we seated ourselves. The tables we seated ourselves had a cleaning cloth on it. We washed the two tables. The hostess came and took our drink orders, and then when she delivered our drinks (soft drinks), she took our dinner order. We all had gone to the salad bar to get our salads, when we got back to the tables, I noticed that we didn't have silverware, so I walked to the front and got silverware and napkins for all of us. The clam chowder was good, but I personally think it was a canned chowder with things added to it. The squash was tasteless, the vegetables were overcooked and sitting in water. I am pretty sure the beans were canned beans. The mac and cheese was dry from sitting, scallop potatoes didn't look good enough for anyone of us to even try. There was stuffing, gravies, Sweet potatoes, white potatoes. Overall not very appealing, nor any flavor. Unless there was a drastic change to this place, I would never go there again. I give this one star, only because you can't give a negative star. ,

If your looking for a good breakfast, don't go here. I was a regular at Dusty's went there twice a week, until they started burning my food. The potatoes, bacon, even the toast. It was bad enough that I would only get one cup of coffee. The waitress brings you one, and I guess if you want more you have to get up and get it, the waitress don't even come back except to give you the check,yet they like to get their tip.

When I first started going here, one thing I really didn't like was that when they did take the coffee cups to refill, they took all of them. How do they know who's is who's? You would think they'd bring a coffee carafe to the table

Make this a place I won't go to again for breakfast.
