Description

The Grateful Dumpling offers a variety of traditional Korean dumplings (mondoo), filled with non-traditional but local ingredients. Their dumplings include beef, veggies, tofu (from Vermont Soy), apple and other flavors.

The Grateful Dumpling is currently only available at the Hartland and Hanover farmer's markets.

His interest in the Transition Town led owner Fred Lee to seek a way to offer more local food, with farmer's markets being a natural venue. Not being a farmer, Fred first tried freshly made wood-fired pizza. Unfortunately, the logistics of dealing with a portable pizza oven and of delivering freshly made wood-fired pizza to hungry customers proved to be too much, leading Fred and his wife to try a new idea: dumplings!
