Mama Tina's has a "mexican" tag but calling it Mexican is really inapporpriate. Mama Tina's serves Central American cuisine which will be enjoyed by people who are seeking Mexican dishes.

Mama Tina's currently offers tamales (soft corn masa dough stuffed with fillings and steamed in corn husks), pupusas (corn tortillas filled with refried beans or cheese), quesadillas, tortillas, refried beans, curtido (marinated cabbage and carrot salad), homemade salsa (from mild to spicy tomatillo & habanero), and horchata (a refreshing drink made with a combination of sesame seed, morro seed, cinnamon, peanut & vanilla).

They are currently offer their cooking through the Hartland Farmer's Market
and sometimes the Norwich and Hanover farmer's markets.
