Description

Molly's offers a college-pub style dining experience much better than the norm, with a wood-fired pizza oven and slightly upscale takes on classic dishes.

They offer pizza, salads, burgers, soups, entrees as well as $2 margaritas and a full bar.

Molly's was voted the most popular restaurant in the area for 2007 by readers of New Hampshire Magazine.

Molly’s is a step up from a chain restaurant but not quite as personable or culinary as Murphy’s or the Canoe Club. Well run and consistent but never surprising, Molly’s has nothing to complain about and nothing to rave about. The classic album menu covers are cool.

same old food for the last 20 yrs.just because its been on the menu for 20 yrs.that doesnt make it good,it just makes it something thats been on your menu for 20 yrs.this place could be awesome yet they choose to be ok instead.and that is disapointing.

Molly's is a pretty decent place to eat. The service is usually timely, although there are often times when the wait staff is less than enthusiastic. The quality of the food is high, but I've never had a meal there that is particularly memorable, and doubt I ever will. If you can't make up your mind as to where to go, Molly's is a good choice.

To even mention Molly's in the same breath as those cookie cutters is disappointing. The menu offers more than a few twists on pub food, with its vegitarian options, with its devotion to healthy options, and with its overall implication of fresh ingrediants and produce...its a huge step ahead of local competition. The a reason why college kids love it is the same reason their parents love it: it sacrifices nothing on quality while sacrificing the wallet. We are lucky its in our neighborhood...And yeah, I guess the Margaritas are good too!

Molly's is a pretty good pick when it comes to Hanover dining options. They lure you in with the 2 Dollar Margaritas, fill you up with the delicious basket of cheese topped baked bread with the honey infused margarine, and then have pretty straightforward fare for dinner. I think the highlights are probably the woodfired pizzas, which during lunch work out well as they offer a salad/half-a-pizza special. I like to categorize this place as a local homespun version of what a TGI-Fridays, Applebees, Ruby Tuesday, or Bennigan's tries to be. That being said it is much better than all of those places, but expect similar food options and lots of kitchy stuff on the walls. It's like dining at someones garage sale!

Two more things: Don't try and go during any sort of alumni/parent event for Dartmouth Students. The place gets completely overrun and getting a table is impossible. I don't know if this is a testament to the good food or just that people are boring in picking a place to go to? And lastly, when ordering the $2 margs at the bar they keep on printing you out a fresh bill/receipt with every drink. I've taken this as some sort of challenge and thought to myself, you know what, I'll keep on ordering them and you'll keep on printing...and I'll win! We'll after 7-8 drinks you will probably end up in a bad place, but luckily only 16 bucks down the hole. Don't be tempted by the bartenders passive aggressive receipt printing. The only victim ends up being you!

I have enjoyed every visit to Molly's! The staff are great and their menu provides plenty to choose from. I absolutely love their pizza and the bread and honey butter they serve with every meal, and their specials are always enticing! The setting is perfect for a get-together with family or friends! This is definitely one of the best places to go in the Upper Valley.

I love this restaurant. The staff is always friendly. The manager always remembers me and stops by to say hello. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The free bread is homemade and spectacular. The specials are different every time that I visit and there is always something new to try. My favorite place in the UV.

I enjoy going to Molly's for lunch in the non-winter seasons. Get a table outside on the patio. The food has been consistently good. Molly's is our standby restaurant if we can't make up our minds on where to go.

It's mostly bar food but also always a little more, and the quality is higher than most such places. Fun atmosphere, good for a medium sized group.

Molly's is always good for a nice meal. The food's mostly pub food.. I like the pizzas a lot and will sometimes get the salad/half-a-pizza special for lunch. It's easy to pig out on their bread.

I like their pizza a lot. The $2 margaritas are a great deal. It's perfect before going to a movie at the Nugget.
