Perhaps a step up from Chilis, Ruby Tuesday, or Applebees. At least it is local in the sense that this family friendly restaurant chain is originally from New England. I tihnk the menu tries to reflect a bit of that with the selection of fish and chowders. That being said the food is mediocre at best. I had fish tacos that were so bland and boring it was incredible and the margarita was so bad I actually sent it back. It tasted so sweet and syrupy it reminded me more of cough medicine than a drink. That being said I don’t recall ever sending a drink back anywhere, so it must have been pretty bad!
Not a vegetarian friendly place by any means and that includes starts and mains. Not a favorite of mine.

Ninety Nine Restaurant is a nice family restaurant with good New England fare. You can't go wrong with any of the fish entrees. I would avoid the popcorn they give you because it's extremely salty. The staff is nice and friendly, though during busy times it can be a bit difficult to find them. This is our standby place to go when we can't figure out what we're in the mood for.

Pretty average chain restaurant fair. This place seems to have more space than similar places. Sometimes you have to wait to get in.
