I love to take my kids to this market in the morning and let them play and listen to the music and visit with friends while I do the same. I get a few things here, but honestly go to Killdeer after and do most of my shopping. Still it's a wonderful market, fun and pretty and neighborly!

Yes, it's crowded. Yes, the best stuff sells out fast. Yes, those who love to sleep late on a Saturday morning tend to miss the best of the Norwich Farmer's Market. But it's one of the finest, most affordable places to get healthy groceries, socialize with neighbors, and enjoy a little interlude after a busy work week.

The biggest farmer's market in the area, and unfortunately the most crowded. While there are a few vendors I don't want to miss, if I can't get there early on Saturday morning I won't go at all.

If you do go, try not to get run down by soccer moms.
