I just ate here for the first time with my wife recently. The food was great, the atmosphere was outstanding and the staff was very friendly. We had three courses which extended our dining to almost three hours which added to the experience. Don't expect to get in and out in a half hour, that's what 12A is for. I will definitly return! Great job all!

We have always loved Peyton Place. The food is excellent. However, the portions have become increasingly small for the price. That dictates the four stars instead of five. The best crab cakes in the Upper Valley.

My parents got us a gift certificate to this restaurant for Christmas. I'm glad we weren't using our own money because we would have been disappointed. The atmosphere and service was great, but the food was seriously lacking for the high pricetag. I got crab cakes as an appetizer. The portion was tiny and the dipping sauce average. I got lobster ravioli for dinner and the pasta was chewy and the sauce seemed an ill fit for the dish. My fiance got creme brulee for dessert and under the toasted sugar topping, the custard was RUNNY! Gross! For a meal that was over $100, it was not worth it. I hope that our experience was unique, because the feedback I hear from other people about this place is generally good.

We had one of the best meals in memory there with friends over the summer. The restaurant manages a wonderful fusion of being small and funky while having fantastic food. We were the only people sitting out on the patio as the sun set. Everything about the meal was wonderful!
