It maybe raining and cold outside but we were grilling in The Loft. Tonight Chef Joshua lead us in a Summer Grilling cooking demonstration, where he taught us how to make our own Balsamic Vinaigrette which coated our chicken breast and grilled romaine, radicchio and sweet onion salad. For dessert we made grilled pineapple with hazelnut and mascarpone!
