My husband and I found this bakery/cafe while traveling through Lebanon and decided to stop for lunch. My husband was served his order of soup and sandwich, and the server (who had also taken our order) told me that it would be a minute before mine came. At that, I assumed they were opening another can of soup to heat it, although my husband said it didn't taste canned. After 15 minutes, we went to find out why I still hadn't gotten my food. It turns out that they were completely out of the soup that I had ordered (the same as my husband's). Rather than tell me and ask if I'd like to order something else, or leaving someone else to do it, our server had apparently gone off shift and left the building. The young woman working at the counter argued against refunding my money, but I insisted and she finally did (although she kept the sales tax). Since my husband was about finished eating by then, I just ordered a pastry and we left. The pastry was stale and had an off taste. My husband said that his soup was good, although not hot. The sandwich that he had ordered on whole grain bread came on white. Avoid this place and go to the health food store/cafe just down the street. We went there for coffee after leaving the Stone Arch and found the cafe crowded, but the food smelled and looked great and the coffee was fresh and good.
