Taylor Brothers' makes the second best maple syrup in the world (my kitchen being the best, obviously). When we run out, we head right down there for a jug of Grade B. It's not the cheapest, but we have quite an array of options around here and the Taylors get our business. They have a lovely new shop and wonderful demos in the spring where the kids can watch the syrup being boiled down (in an evaporator I can only dream of) and get free samples of syrup, or on a lucky day a taste of maple milk.
