Description
Elixir is participating in The Chefs of the Valley 2008 benefit for The Upper Valley Haven.
Funky food suprisingly tucked away in the depths of White River
Junction. It's great to see a restaurant serving food that's the
chef's vision rather the flowing down strict ethnic food lines.
Elixir describes itself as a "Martini Bar" and serves "tapas", but
rather than conventional Spanish tapas, Elixir serves small plates
which are as tasty as they are whimisical - "Hog Wings" for instance,
is pork prepared chicken wing style.
Elixir is certainly worth going out of your way to check out and is a
great place for a date, a fun meal with friends, or after-work drinks
and dinner. UVFood hopes that more restaurants in the vein of Elixir
will pop up here soon.

Mon Aug 27, 2007 by romkeyGood, fun creative food. The space is a bit loud with a lot of hard, reflective surfaces, especially when someone's playing music. I wish there were more restaurants like Elixir in the area. |
